We fell in love with the Wildwoods during our family vacation in 2024! This vibrant community is perfect for all ages, offering endless activities and memories to cherish. After just one weekend, we realized the secret to the Wildwoods: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

Welcome to our beautiful beach block condo—just 300 feet from the boardwalk and beach. That means no streets to cross, making it effortless to carry coolers, chairs, and all your beach essentials. The boardwalk starts at 16th Ave, putting you right at the heart of the action without sacrificing convenience.

As proud new owners, we’ve poured our hearts into making this condo a perfect family getaway. When we’re not here enjoying all Wildwood has to offer, we’re excited to share it with you. This winter, we made significant updates to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.   We’re committed to continuing to invest in this property to make it a top-tier family rental destination. Whether it’s your first visit or a return trip, we hope you’ll make this condo your home base for years to come.

From our photos you can see our open floor plan for the kitchen, dining and living areas with access to our large balcony where you can enjoy a view of the ocean while enjoying a glass of wine or cup of coffee.  

Our hallway leads to a large master bedroom and master bathroom with walk in closet.   Along the way passing two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom.   Including the sleeper sofa in the large living area the condo will comfortably sleep 10 people.   A washer and dryer is included for your connivence.   

The mandatory cleaning fee per stay is to insure you arrive to a clean condo with every stay.   Our professional cleaning company cleans and sanitizes the entire condo before you arrive.  Fresh clean linens are supplied for all the beds and beach and bath towels are supplied in your stay.  

There is a gas BBQ for you to use while here as well as 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, a cooler and a beach wagon for you to use while here.  

You can expect a very fast email response from us while booking your dream vacation. There is electronic key access to the condo and a lock box for the common area keys so you will not need to interact with anyone in person.   We are also super responsive on email and SMS - try us!
